DAVIS, Jim H., B.A., B.Sc., CEA (H)., P.Geol.

Professional Geologist since 1989, with experience in petroleum and mineral
exploration, hydrogeology, and environmental geology.

Graduated from the University of Guelph in 1975 with a BA degree in Physical
Geography; from the University of Calgary in 1987 with a BSc degree in
Geology; and from Lakehead University in 1997 with a Certificate in
Environmental Assessment.

Currently President of DAVIS MPE INC., a mining, petroleum, and
environmental consulting firm.  Extensive managerial experience has included
positions as: Manager, Geology for Williston Wildcatters Oil Corporation,
previously the second most active driller of horizontal wells in Western
Canada; as an Associate Environmental Geologist with Gibson & Associates, a
geotechnical engineering firm; and as an Independent Consultant to the
mineral exploration industry in several project management functions
throughout Canada.

Past Chairman, and current panel member of the Sahtu Dene and Metis Land
Claims Agreement Arbitration Panel.

He has professional membership as a Geologist with the Association of
Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA);
and with the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG).
