| The Sahtu Dene and Metis Land Claim Arbitration Panel is established under the terms of Article 6 of the Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. The panel is composed of eight members. All of the current members were jointly nominated by Canada, the Government of the Northwest Territories and the Sahtu Secretariat.
